General Policies

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed Shipments - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.             

Returns - We allow returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Return requests must be received within 14 days of after the product has been received per shipping courier.  Requests should be emailed to N1TEL1TEDJs@gmail.com. In your email please include:

Product/Shipment Number
Your Name & Address
Detailed description of problem
Images/evidence of problem (if applicable)

 

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges since we provide a detailed sizing guide on each product description.

Packages Lost in Transit - For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date per shipping courier. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

SHIPPING

We take about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters etc.) products. Shipping time is on top of that.  Speed and price depends on product type and destination.  More than 97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
